1. About Yusuke

I am a Japan-based consultant and trainer specializing in hospitality, restaurant operations, retail experience, and digital tools such as EC sites and digital signage.

Starting my career at McDonald’s Japan as one of the youngest full-time employees, I learned store management, staff training, and how to design campaigns that actually sell. Later I joined I-O DATA, a Japanese IT hardware manufacturer, where I worked on e-commerce operations, customer support, and UX for digital products and services.

Today I work as a freelancer, supporting restaurants, cafés, retail shops, and small businesses with:

  • Improving customer experience and service flow

  • Designing menus and in-store communication

  • Using digital tools (online booking, EC, digital signage, etc.)

  • Planning pop-up events and promotions

Based in Europe part of the year, I also help connect Japanese culture and local businesses through workshops and consulting.

A simple proposal (what I will do)
    Estimated hours and fee

  • Once agreed, I work on a session / workshop / project basis, and issue an invoice after the work.
